Impossible Observation

Decoherence correlates with moral evil. Lies increase entropy. Truth creates order. But causation direction unclear.

Does evil cause decoherence, or does decoherence cause evil?

The Problem

Two models:

  1. Evil → Decoherence: Moral choices disrupt χ field
  2. Decoherence → Evil: χ disruption enables immoral behavior

What is the physics of moral evaluation?

  • What burns? (low-coherence works)

Love maximizes BOTH information flow AND coherence - unique among emotional states. Hate disrupts. Apathy stagnates. Only love optimizes both simultaneously.

Why is love physically optimal?

Information-coherence trade-off:

  • High coherence: Can reduce information (order without complexity)
